Nutty Leprechaun treats that are magically delicious!
Here's what you need:
- 2tbsp butter
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Evie's Sweet & Salty Pecans
Melt the butter, then add the marshmallows and stir until melted. Mix in the rice cereal, most of the Lucky Charms marshmallows, and most of the pecans (save some for topping). Press the mixture into a wax paper-lined 8x8 pan, then sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and pecans on top. Let sit and cute into squares. Enjoy!
