Do you always crave something sweet for breakfast but want something a little healthier for you? Try making these SUPERFOOD BREAKFAST COOKIES! 🍪
These cookies are filled with high-quality ingredients and are seriously so easy to whip up for breakfast or as a quick little treat.Â

What You’ll Need:Â
- Â 1 ripe bananaÂ
-  ½ cup raisinsÂ
- Â 3 tbsp maple syrupÂ
- Â 1 cup rolled oatsÂ
-  ½ tsp baking powderÂ
- Â 1 tsp cinnamonÂ
-  ½ cup flour (can sub for gluten-free flour)Â
- Â 1 tbsp chia seedsÂ
- Â ÂĽ cup flaxseed mealÂ
-  ½ cup Evie's Snacks Sweet & Salty Pecans (chopped)Â
- Â 2 tbsp almond milkÂ
- Â ÂĽ tsp salt
- Â 3 tbsp avocado oil (can sub coconut oil or olive oil)
How To Make:Â
- Â Preheat the oven to 325ÂşF
-  Mash the banana in a large bowl until it’s almost liquid
- Â Add the milk, avocado oil, and maple syrup. Mix until combined
- Â Add the chia seeds, flaxseed meal, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, flour, and salt, and then mix again
- Â Set aside for 5 minutes so the chia seeds and flaxseed meal absorb some of the liquid.Â
- Â Add chopped pecans and give the batter a mix
- Â Scoop out about ÂĽ cup of the cookie batter onto a parchment-lined baking tray and form into cookies
- Â Bake for 17 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
- Â Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
- Â Makes 12 breakfast cookies
