Summer Berry Trifle 🍓🫐

 

The perfect holiday weekend dessert! Fresh, festive, and made to share ✨

 

Ingredients:

- 2 bags of Evie's Rum Butter pecans

- 1 angel food cake, cubed

- 2 cups strawberries, diced

- 2 cups blueberries

- 2 3.4oz boxes of vanilla pudding (+ milk for the pudding mix!)

- 1 16oz container of Cool Whip

 

Steps:

1. Cube angel food cake and slice strawberries.

2. Layer cake, vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, berries, and pecans in a bowl or glasses.

3. Repeat layers, ending with berries on top.

4. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
