Calling all of our apple pie & waffle lovers out there! Where you at?!
You have to make these Apple Pie Cinnamon Pecan Waffles. They’re loaded with our Sweet & Salty Pecans and an apple pie filling that is downright mouthwatering 🤤
What You'll Need:
- 1 cup flour (can sub for gluten-free flour)
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup chopped Evie's Sweet & Salty Pecans

¼ tsp salt
Apple Pie Filling:
- 1 red apple (can be any variety) chopped and diced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
How To Make:
- In a large bowl combine the egg, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and chopped pecans and mix again until the dry ingredients are incorporated into the wet ingredients. Set aside.
- Make the apple pie filling by adding the chopped apple to a small pot with maple syrup, butter, and ground cinnamon. Let stew on the stove for about 10 minutes.
- Then using a potato masher, mash the apple so the consistency is like apple sauce. Add to the waffle batter and mix.
- Heat your waffle maker and then add about 1 heaping tablespoon of the waffle batter. Bake until golden brown. Repeat until you’ve used all of the batter.
- Add maple syrup on top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and more pecans. Enjoy!
