What You'll Need:
- Puff Pastry
- Creamy Brie
- Sweet & Salty Pecans
- Cranberry Sauce
- Rosemary
How To Make:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with non-stick oil.
- Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry into a 10x14-inch rectangle, then cut into 24 squares.
- Press pastry squares into the muffin cups and prick bottoms with a fork.
- Dice 4 oz of Brie into 24 pieces.Â
- Place a piece of Brie in each cup, top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce, and chopped Evie’s Sweet & Salty Pecans.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
Garnish with fresh rosemary, drizzle with honey (optional), and enjoy warm or at room temp! 😋
