Pecan & Brie Bites

Maybe the best appetizer of all time?? 👀

Made with puff pastry, creamy brie, sweet & salty pecans, cranberry sauce, and rosemary, these bites are super easy and delicious. Perfect for the holidays!

To make them:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with non-stick oil.
2. Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry into a 10x14-inch rectangle, then cut into 24 squares.
3. Press pastry squares into the muffin cups and prick bottoms with a fork.
4. Dice 4 oz of Brie into 24 pieces. Place a piece of Brie in each cup, top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce, and chopped Evie’s Sweet & Salty Pecans.
5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
Garnish with fresh rosemary, drizzle with honey (optional), and enjoy warm or at room temp! 😋
