Preheat your oven to 425F. Roll out both sheets of puff pastry into equal sizes.
Scoop out the biscoff spread into a small bowl and microwave two times for 10 seconds at a time. You want to make sure it’s easily spreadable when you place it on the puff pastry sheets. Set aside.
Spread the biscoff over one side of the puff pastry sheets. Evenly sprinkle over the finely chopped pecans.
Place the other puff pastry sheet over the one you just made spread the biscoff on and gently press down.
Using a pizza cutter, cut equal-sized strips.
Twist the strips and then roll them into spirals.
Brush the tops and the sides with an egg wash and then bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Drizzle with extra biscoff spread and a little powdered sugar.
