What Youāll Need:Ā
- 1 box or 2 sheets of puff pastry (room temperature)Ā
- 1 jar of biscoff spreadĀ
- 1 cup Evieās Snacks Raw, Organic Pecans (finely chopped)Ā
How To Make:
- Preheat your oven to 425F. Roll out both sheets of puff pastry into equal sizes.
- Scoop out the biscoff spread into a small bowl and microwave two times for 10 seconds at a time. You want to make sure itās easily spreadable when you place it on the puff pastry sheets. Set aside.
- Spread the biscoff over one side of the puff pastry sheets. Evenly sprinkle over the finely chopped pecans.
- Place the other puff pastry sheet over the one you just made spread the biscoff on and gently press down.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut equal-sized strips.
- Twist the strips and then roll them into spirals.
- Brush the tops and the sides with an egg wash and then bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Drizzle with extra biscoff spread and a little powdered sugar.Ā
