What You'll Need:
- Ā 2 apples (sliced)Ā
Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce:
-  ½ cup peanut butterĀ
-  ¼ cup maple syrupĀ
- Ā 8 tbsp coconut oilĀ
- Ā ā tsp SaltĀ
Topping:
-  ½ cup melted chocolateĀ
-  ½ cup Evieās Snacks Raw, Organic PecansĀ
- Ā flaked sea salt

How To Make:
- Ā Start by adding the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt into a small bowl. Gently stir together until all the ingredients are incorporated. **If your peanut butter isnāt runny, heat it up in the microwave for 15-second increments to help soften it. Place the sauce in the refrigerator while you prepare your apples.Ā
- Ā Cut your apples into thin slices and place a popsicle stick in the middle. **If you donāt have popsicle sticks, you can use a fork to dip the slices into the peanut butter caramel.Ā
- Ā Dip each apple slice in the peanut butter caramel sauce and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Add the chopped pecans on top and place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.Ā
- Ā Melt the chocolate in the microwave and then drizzle on each slice. Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top.Ā
- Ā Place back in the freezer for another 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.Ā
- Ā Remove from the freezer and enjoy!Ā
