What You'll Need:
- 1 package of ready-made puff pastry
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond milk

2 cups of Evie’s Raw, Organic Pecans
How To Make:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Thaw the puff pastry.
- Cut out 4-inch rounds of the puff pastry and place in a muffin tin.
- Make the pecan pie filling by adding the coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the pecans to the filling and stir.
- Add about 1 tbsp of the filling mixture to the puff pastry muffin tin.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes so the filling can set.
