Pecan Pie but make it a truffle đâïžđȘ”
What You'll Need:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oilÂ
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Â 2 tablespoons almond flour
-  1 bag Evie's Snacks Sweet and Salty Pecans
- Â 1/4 tsp salt
- Â 1 bar dark chocolate chips
How To Make:
- Blend the dates, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt in a food process until the dates form a thick dough.
- Add the chopped pecans and process again.
- Scrape down the sides and then add the almond flour.
- Take about 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll into balls.
- Melt chocolate.
- Dip the pecan pie balls into the chocolate.
- Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top and place in freezer until chocolate sets and is hard.Â
