Combining the natural sweetness of carrots with the crunch of pecans and creaminess of almond butter! Best of all, it takes less than 2 min to put together.
What You'll Need:
- 2 carrots, shredded or sliced with a peeler
- 2 tbsp Evie's Snacks Raw, Organic Pecans
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tbsp sauerkraut (optional)
How To Make:
- Shred or slice carrots using a peeler for softer texture.
- In a bowl, mix carrots, pecans, almond butter, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar.
- Top with feta cheese and sauerkraut (if using).
- Serve immediately and enjoy a gorgeous raw carrot salad!
