Embracing the art of solo indulgence with this divine single-serving chocolate chip cookie skillet. 🍪✨ One skillet, one craving, and a whole lot of happiness!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 egg
  •  ½ cup all-purpose flour 
  •  2 tbsp rolled oats 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼ cup olive oil 
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips 
  • ¼ cup Evie’s Snacks Raw, Organic Pecans (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp salt 

How To Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Add the egg and olive oil in a small bowl with the coconut sugar and whisk until combined. Set aside.
  3. Add the flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, pecans, chocolate chips, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and stir.
  4. Add the egg and olive oil mixtures and mix until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Add the dough to a small cast iron skillet and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
