Embracing the art of solo indulgence with this divine single-serving chocolate chip cookie skillet. 🍪✨ One skillet, one craving, and a whole lot of happiness!
What you’ll need:
1 egg
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking soda
¼ cup coconut sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup Evie’s Snacks Raw, Organic Pecans (chopped)
¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add the egg and olive oil in a small bowl with the coconut sugar and whisk until combined. Set aside.
Add the flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, pecans, chocolate chips, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and stir.
Add the egg and olive oil mixtures and mix until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
Add the dough to a small cast iron skillet and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
