Putting our twist on the viral date bark - STRAWBERRY PECAN DATE BARK!! 🍓🍫✨
Sweet, crunchy, and tart - all combinations that make this date bark viral approved! This strawberry pecan date bark is so easy to make and will be gone in minutes.
What You'll Need:Â
- 1 cup Medjool datesÂ
- ÂĽ cup freeze-dried strawberriesÂ
- ½ cup pecan butterÂ
- ½ cup Evie’s Original Snacks PecansÂ
- ½ cup 100% dark chocolate (melted)
How To Make:
- Cut the Medjool dates in half and remove the put.
- Lay the dates flat on a parchment-lined baking tray with the outside of the Medjool facing up toward you.
- Spread the pecan butter on top of the dates and then sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top of the pecan butter.
- Layer the Evie’s snacks pecans on top of the pecan butter and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the pecans and then place in the freezer for at least 10 minutes until the chocolate becomes hard.
- Cut into pieces or break apart.Â
