Putting our twist on the viral date bark - STRAWBERRY PECAN DATE BARK!! 🍓🍫✨
Sweet, crunchy, and tart - all combinations that make this date bark viral approved! This strawberry pecan date bark is so easy to make and will be gone in minutes.
Cut the Medjool dates in half and remove the put. Lay the dates flat on a parchment-lined baking tray with the outside of the Medjool facing up toward you. Spread the pecan butter on top of the dates and then sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top of the pecan butter. Layer the Evie’s snacks pecans on top of the pecan butter and set aside. Melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the pecans and then place in the freezer for at least 10 minutes until the chocolate becomes hard. Cut into pieces or break apart.
