Pecan Pie Brownies by Fidelia Grace

Pecan Pie Brownies by Fidelia Grace

We couldn’t decide between a pecan pie or a brownie so we made BOTH! The classic chocolate-y fudge of a brownie with the sweet crunch of the pecan pie filling is something we never thought we’d try.

But we’re here to report they are deliciously delectable 👅

These Pecan Pie Brownies are the perfect late-night treat if you’re craving something sweet. Adding our Sweet & Salty Pecans gives these brownies that texture that everyone always misses in a regular brownie.

Try making a batch of these this weekend and let us know if you’re drooling over them like we are!

1 cup dates (pitted and chopped)
2/3 cup almond butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Pecan pie filling:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup

  8. Bring to a boil while stirring and then simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  9. Add the pecan pie filling to the top of the brownie and let cool in the refrigerator until completely cool.
  10. Cut into squares and ENJOY!
