Santa’s Favorite Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies 💌🍪✨
What You'll Need:
(for 10-12 cookies)
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Evie’s Sweet & Salty Pecans
How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix on medium speed until combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix on medium until combined.
- Add oats, then mix on low speed. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop 2-inch dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze any extra dough balls for later.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F or until edges turn golden
