Pecan Pie Tarts by Fidelia Grace

Tiny tarts, big flavor! These Maple Pecan Pie Tarts are a bite-sized slice of autumn heaven. Sweet, nutty, and oh-so-delicious – the perfect treat to satisfy your fall cravings.

Ingredients:
1 package of ready-made puff pastry
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond milk
2 cups of Evie’s Raw, Organic Pecans

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Thaw the puff pastry.
Cut out 4-inch rounds of the puff pastry and place in a muffin tin.
Make the pecan pie filling by adding the coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the pecans to the filling and stir.
Add about 1 tbsp of the filling mixture to the puff pastry muffin tin.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes so the filling can set.
