Maple Pecan Cookies by Fidelia Grace

Buttery, soft, and sweet - a cozy warming cookie that’s super easy to make and is so dang tasty. These maple pecan cookies are layered with Evie’s Snacks pecans and sweetened with a hint of maple syrup. Grab a cup of coffee and treat yourself to a bite of these heavenly cookies.  


What you'll need:

 ¾ cup unsalted butter 

 ½ cup coconut sugar 

 1 tsp vanilla extract 

 2 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup 

 2 cups flour 

 1 tbsp cinnamon 

 ⅓ cup Evie’s Snacks Raw, Organic Pecans (chopped)


How to make:

 Add the butter, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, 

 Add the flour, and cinnamon and mix again until combined. 

 Add the chopped pecans to the dough and mix with a spatula. 

 Place the dough on parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 

 Remove from the fridge and let sit for 10 minutes. 

 Pre-heat oven to 350F. 

 Roll dough out to ¼ inch thickness 

 Cut out cookies and then bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown 

 Let cool completely before moving to your cooling rack.
