Maple Pecan Overnight Oats by Fidelia Grace

If meal prepping is your game, our maple pecan overnight oats are your solution. The perfect breakfast for busy mornings – just grab and go! 

What you’ll need: 

1 cup gluten-free oats 

2 tbsp chia seeds

1-1 ½ cups almond milk

1 tbsp coconut flakes 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

½ cup Evie's Snacks Brown Butter Rum Pecans 

¼ tsp salt 

 

How to make: 

Add all ingredients to a small container and then mix until ingredients are fully coated in the almond milk. 

Place a lid on the container and set it in the refrigerator. 

After 5 minutes, give the oats another stir so the chia seeds are well incorporated and don’t sink to the bottom. Place back in the refrigerator and let sit for another 40 minutes. 

Remove from the fridge and serve for breakfast.
